Who hosts this website?
Enter a domain name. We find the host or platform, the CDN, the DNS servers, the email and the CMS. Free, with no account.
A few seconds, with or without www. The name goes through the public DNS of Cloudflare and the regional registries. The result is kept for 90 days behind its own link. Nothing is tied to your name.

Behind a CDN, the host can’t be seen
A CDN like Cloudflare sits in front of the server. It speeds up and protects the site, but it also hides the address of the origin server. The tool says so, instead of presenting the CDN as the host. Some hosts still sign their responses, and the tool recognizes them behind the CDN.
The owner of the IP address is not always your host: many hosts rent their servers from Amazon, Google or OVHcloud. Your hosting invoice remains the only sure proof.
Questions about hosting
Cloudflare sits in front of the server and answers on its behalf. The address of the origin server stays hidden, and that is intentional. Your host appears on your invoices, or in the account of the person who manages the site.
Not necessarily. The tool reads the domain’s MX records: they say where emails are delivered, to Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 or the host’s server. Before changing hosts, check where your email lives.
The tool gives the organization that owns the IP address, according to the regional registry (ARIN for North America). The country of the data centre is not always published. If your data must stay in Canada, ask your host for the region of its servers.
The site is copied to the new host and checked, then the DNS records are changed. The site stays online during the move. Email needs particular attention when it is with the same host.
It is used to query Cloudflare’s public DNS and the regional registry, then to load the home page. The result is kept for 90 days under its own link, so you can share it, then it is deleted. The tested domain is only tied to a name or an email if you send the form.
